The best way to manage your subscriptions is through your Pets & Friends customer account. Please ensure you are registered as an online customer for easy access to your subscriptions, loyalty rewards and order history. Within your account you can change your delivery, payment and contact details which will also be applied to your subscription setup.
What are the terms of my subscription?
When you take out a Pets & Friends subscription, the minimum delivery term is 2 orders regardless of delivery frequency. For example, if your delivery terms are 90 days, you will receive a delivery at 90 days and again at 180 days before you can cancel your subscription contract.
How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription, log into your Pets & Friends customer account with your username and password. From your account you can click on ‘manage my subscriptions’. From there you can cancel any live subscriptions providing you have received the minimum of 2 deliveries.
How do I amend my subscriptions?
To amend products in your subscription, log into your Pets & Friends customer account with your username and password. From your account you can click on ‘manage my subscriptions’. From there you can amend the following:
- Add on another subscription product
- Change delivery frequency of your subscription
- Remove a product from subscription
- Cancel subscriptions (after the minimum 2 delivery term)
Can I add a non-subscription item to my delivery?
Unfortunately, we cannot currently offer non-subscription product add-ons within your account. Should you wish to do this, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org where our team can help with one off additions.
