International Delivery Update

Due to COVID-19 restrictions we are unable to offer international shipping at this time. We will continue to update our offerings as the situation changes. Thank you for your understanding.

UK Delivery Charges

Our standard UK delivery charge is £5.95 on all orders under our threshold.

Get FREE delivery on all online orders over £44.00 for UK addresses. We reserve the right to change this at any time.

We only use DPD for all of our online orders, once dispatched your order will be delivered the next working day with a 1 hour time slot so you don't have to wait in all day! Please note this can be 3-5 working days for customers who live in Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Isle etc.

What happens after I've placed my order?

Please kindly note that we do say to normally allow 3-5 working days* (Monday – Friday) after you have placed you order to get your products picked and prepared before they are dispatched. *Dispatch may take slightly longer during bank holiday, peak or promotional periods.  You will receive a confirmation email and tracking updates from DPD as soon as your order in on it's way to you.


Delivery Addresses

We’ll deliver to your home or work address, whatever’s easiest for you. However we can only currently deliver to valid street addresses and cannot currently deliver to P.O. boxes.

What happens once my order has been dispatched?

Pets & Friends will email you once your order has been dispatched & collected by our courier. You will then receive a further email and/or text message from DPD once your order has been tracked in to your local DPD depot.

What happens on the day of the scheduled delivery? 

You will receive a further email and/or text message as soon as your parcel is out for delivery, along with a one hour delivery window thanks to DPD's predict service, so you don't have to wait in all day. 

Please note: That in times of extreme weather and other events out of our control, delivery times may be affected, we will aim to inform you of any disruption as soon as possible.

Do I need to sign for the delivery?

Please remember that deliveries will need to be signed for, unless you have advised otherwise when opting for your parcel to be left in a safe place. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are home or are able to collect the item from the courier’s depot if they were unable to reach you at home

What happens if I miss my delivery?

DPD will leave a ‘Sorry We Missed You’ card, they will also let you know via email and/or text message straight away so you can rearrange your delivery where ever you are so you don’t have to wait until you get home. Thanks to DPD’s advanced technology, they will even send you a picture of where their driver has left the calling card.


How do I upgrade my delivery?

Once your order has been dispatched and collected by DPD you will have the option to pay to have your delivery upgraded directly with DPD if necessary. When DPD notify you about your delivery the night before, they’ll give you access to a range of handy options, including upgrading your delivery. Simply the follow the online instructions from either your email or text message.
