How to create your subscription

Step 1
Setting up is easy! Choose your product for home delivery and simply select 'Repeat & Save'.


Step 2
Tell us how often you need your subscription delivered, anywhere from 2 to 12 weeks, and add to cart.
Step 3
Checkout as usual, and relax - you are all set up! Simply wait for home delivery to your door.

Pause
Need to pause for a while? Our customer portal gives you the option to pause and restart when you need to.
Skip

Going on holiday? Or have more than you need? You can skip a delivery on any of your items using the customer portal. 

Reschedule

Whether you need your delivery sooner or later, our customer portal allows you to change your delivery date.

Add a new subscription
Need another subscription item? It's easy to add new items to your regular delivery.
Swap
Does your pet prefer something different? You can easily swap recipes and flavours within your subscription.
Add a one-time product
Need something extra for one delivery? It's easy to add a one-time product such as toys or accessories to your regular delivery.

Managing your subscription

How do I log into my subscription account

You can access your customer portal through your store account login.

If you have not registered an account, you will need to create an account using the same email address used at checkout.

Once your account is registered, you can log in and access your customer portal by clicking on the Manage Subscriptions link.

How do I add a new subscription item?

Additional subscriptions can be added through the customer portal:

1. Log in to your customer portal.

2. For your relevant subscription, select ' View Details'.

3. Under ‘Goes well with your next order’ select 'See more products' and use the search function to find your product.

4. Click 'Select' on your chosen product.

5. Adjust the quantity, and choose 'Add subscription' to add as a regular subscription product. Click ‘Add’ to confirm. 

How do I pause my subscription?

To pause your subscription:

1. Log in to your customer portal.

2. For your relevant subscription, select ' View Details'.

3. At the bottom of the screen, select 'Pause subscription'.

4. Choose the duration you would like to pause for, and confirm.

How do I skip a delivery or skip products from a delivery?

1. Log in to your customer portal.

2. For your relevant subscription, select ' View Details'.

3. Select 'Skip order' and then choose the products you would like to skip and confirm, or choose 'Skip complete order'. 

How do I swap a subscription product?

To swap a product:

1. Log in to your customer portal.

2. For your relevant subscription, select ' View Details'.

3. Under the subscription details, select 'Edit' for the relevant product.

4. Select 'Swap'.

5. Search for the replacement product.

6. Review the product options and select 'Confirm Swap' to confirm.

How do I add a one-time product to my subscription?

One-time products can be added to your order.

1. Log in to your customer portal.

2. For your relevant subscription, select ' View Details'.

3. Under ‘Goes well with your next order’ select 'See more products' and use the search function to find your product.

4. Click 'Select' on your chosen product.

5. Adjust the quantity, and choose 'Add one-time' for a single purchase and click ‘Add’ to confirm. 

How do I reschedule a delivery?

Process your order immediately, change your order date, or delay your order.


To process your order now:

1. Log in to your customer portal.

2. For your relevant subscription, select ' View Details'.

3. Select 'Order now' and confirm.

After an order is processed, the next order date gets recalculated based on the subscription frequency. For example, if the subscription gets delivered every month and today is January 1st, after I click order now, my next order will now happen on February 1st.


To change your next order date: 

1. Log in to your customer portal.

2. For your relevant subscription, select ' View Details'.

3. Select ‘Reschedule’, choose your date and confirm.

When you change the order date, subsequent orders will be rescheduled based on this new date and the delivery frequency of the subscription. 


To delay your next order: 

1. Log in to your customer portal.

2. For your relevant subscription, select ' View Details'.

3. Select ‘Delay’, choose your delay duration and confirm.


How do I update my payment details?

1. Log in to your customer portal.

2. For your relevant subscription, select ' View Details'.

3. Scroll down the page and select 'Update' in the Payment details box, and follow the prompts to update your payment method.

4. Updating your payment method will update the payment method for all future orders on this subscription.

NOTE: If you have more than one subscription, you will need to update the payment method for each one.

How do I remove a product from my subscription?

1. Log in to your customer portal.

2. For your relevant subscription, select ' View Details'.

3. Under the subscription details, select 'Edit' for the relevant product.

4. Select 'Remove'.

5. Select 'Remove from subscription' to confirm.

How do I update my contact details or shipping address?

You can update your shipping details and contact number from your customer portal. To update your contact email address, please get in touch with Customer Services.

1. Log in to your customer portal.

2. For your relevant subscription, select ' View Details'.

3. Scroll down the page and select 'Edit' in the Shipping address box, make your changes and confirm.

4. Updating your shipping address will affect all future orders on this subscription.

NOTE: If you have more than one subscription, you will need to update the shipping address for each one.

How can I cancel my subscription?

2. For your relevant subscription, select ' View Details'.

3. Scroll down the page and select 'Cancel subscription'.

4. Provide a cancellation reason to help us improve our service and click through to confirm.

How can I reactivate my subscription?

If you want to reactivate a subscription that was previously cancelled:

1. Log in to your customer portal.

2. For your relevant subscription, select ' View Details'.

3. Select ‘Reactivate' and confirm.

Can I use my Pet Points with my subscription?

Yes, of course. First redeem a voucher via your account and then enter the code in the 'Discount code' box for the relevant subscription.
Can I select Click & Collect for my subscription?

At the moment subscriptions are only eligible for home delivery, we don't offer the option to click and collect from store.
