The Stress Zyme Water Conditioner adds over 300 million live bacteria per teaspoonful to your aquarium to break down and consume organic matter that keeps your aquarium clean. The Water Conditioner improves the development of the biological filter and breaks down organic compounds that can create dangerous conditions such as ammonia and nitrite positioning and low oxygen levels that can be severely harmful to your fish. The API Water Conditioner uses the natural healing power of aloe vera extract to help replace your fish’s protective coat that can be damaged by handling, shipping or fish fighting. The API Stress Zyme Water Conditioner can be used when adding or changing water, when adding new fish or when your fish are sick or injured. The Aquarium Water Conditioner does not need to be refrigerated and can be used in fresh and saltwater.

Our standard delivery charge is £4.99 for orders under £69. For orders over £69 delivery is free of charge.

For non-UK Mainland addresses including Scottish Islands and Scottish Highlands, a charge of £19.99 will apply.

We do not currently ship to Northern Ireland

We offer a next working day delivery service for UK mainland addresses when orders are placed before midday Monday-Thursday at a cost of £9.99.

Delivery rates for our frozen products are based on next day delivery due to the perishable nature of these products and therefore will incur a £6.99 charge. Frozen products will be delivered the next working day and you must be available to accept the goods within those times. If you are unable to accept the goods and the goods are returned to our warehouse, due to the perishable nature of these products we are unable to provide a refund.

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase from Pets & Friends, you can return it to us within 28 days of placing your order. Please let us know you wish to cancel your order within 14 days. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

All goods must be returned unused, as new, in a saleable condition with the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item has not been returned to us in a saleable condition.
