As of 6th October 2025, the Pets & Friends Loyalty Scheme will be closed to new members.

Existing customers who have earned points in the last 12 months can still redeem their available points until 30th November 2025. After this date, all unused points will expire and the Loyalty Scheme will be fully discontinued. If you have an existing Pets & Friends account, you can still log in to check your balance and redeem rewards while the scheme remains active.
