The Feliway Friends Diffuser refill will cover an area of 50-70 m2. To provide continuous support to your cats, the Feliway Friends Refill should be replaced monthly. The Feliway Friends diffuser has been specially designed and scientifically proven to help neutralise conflict and tension amongst your cats. Tension can be seen through such behaviour as frequently chasing, biting, fighting, hissing or growling with each other as well as through less obvious signs such as blocking each other, stalking, hiding from each other, shaking or trembling as an avoidance response to their housemate.
Feliway works by producing a synthetic copy of the cat appeasing pheromone (CAP) naturally produced by a nursing mother to her kittens after birth. This pheromone helps the kittens feel safe and secure and promotes a bond between them and their mother and when used in Feliway products has been clinically proven to help reduce tension and conflicts thus stopping the behaviours caused by them in multi cat households.
To replace a used refill: Simply unscrew the old vial from the diffuser unit and replace with the new refill and plug it into an electric socket, then leave the diffuser switched on continuously to ensure a calm environment. The Feliway Friends diffuser should be plugged into the room where your cats spend most of their time, you may need to use several diffusers, if your cats have separate or distant resting areas.
Avoid plugging in the diffuser under shelves or behind doors, curtains or furniture.

Taking time out is an essential part of a cats' everyday life so secret hideaways are important. Cats are also natural climbers so it is important for your cat to be able to rest and observe its surroundings from high places, such as the top of scratching posts or cupboards or high shelves.
Ensure that you have enough food bowls, water bowls and litter trays for all the cats in your household. Ideally you should have one per cat plus one extra. Ensure these are placed in different areas of your home so each cat can access the resources without necessarily having to interact with another cat
Always ensure your cat(s) have free access to their resources (food, litter trays, water, bed, outdoor areas). Restricting resources can cause issues in the home.

Any orders placed after this time cannot be guaranteed until Tuesday 7th June at the earliest with our next day delivery service. We offer free UK Mainland delivery for orders over £44.
For non-UK Mainland addresses including Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland, a charge of £19.99 will apply.
We offer a next working day delivery service for UK mainland addresses when orders are placed before midday Monday-Thursday at a cost of £7.99 for orders under £44. For orders over the value of £44, next working day delivery charges are £2.99.
Frozen Products Delivery Costs & Information
Delivery rates for our frozen products are based on next day delivery due to the perishable nature of these products and therefore will incur a £7.99 delivery charge for orders under £44 and £2.99 for orders above £44. Orders must be placed before 3pm otherwise your order will be fulfilled and dispatched the next working day.
Frozen products will be delivered the next working day and you must be available to accept the goods within those times. If you are unable to accept the goods and the goods are returned to our warehouse, due to the perishable nature of these products we are unable to provide a refund.
If you are not 100% happy with your purchase from Pets & Friends, you can return it to us within 28 days of placing your order. Please let us know you wish to cancel your order within 14 days. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.
All goods must be returned unused, as new, in a saleable condition with the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item has not been returned to us in a saleable condition.
