Feliway Diffusers and Refills are super easy to use and will help to create a comfortable and stress-free home for your cat, so they will feel loved and want to spend more time with you. This special scent (odourless to people and other animals) that Feliway utilises is a replication of the pheromone that cats leave naturally when they are feeling comfortable in their environment. Cat’s naturally leave the pheromone behind on objects in their home to mark their territory, however any change in the home, no matter how small, can cause stress to your cat and cause them to stop leaving the vital pheromone, this in turn makes them feel less secure and again increases stress.
Your cat could also be affected by any change in your home organisation and schedule, such as a new family member, like a baby or a new partner, a new job that makes you more absent from the home, etc. Stress can lead to unhappy behaviour, which can manifest as less interaction with you, hiding away, general mischief or even scratching or spraying.
The diffuser should be plugged into the room where your cat spends most of their time. Each diffuser refill covers an area of around 50-70m2. Avoid plugging in the diffuser under shelves or behind doors, curtains or furniture.
To use: Simply screw the vial onto the diffuser unit and plug it into an electric socket, then leave the diffuser switched on continuously to keep your cat relaxed and friendly.

Our standard delivery charge is £4.99 for orders under £69. For orders over £69 delivery is free of charge.

For non-UK Mainland addresses including Scottish Islands and Scottish Highlands, a charge of £19.99 will apply.

We offer a next working day delivery service for UK mainland addresses when orders are placed before midday Monday-Thursday at a cost of £7.99 for orders under £69. For orders over the value of £69, next working day delivery charges are £5.99.

Delivery rates for our frozen products are based on next day delivery due to the perishable nature of these products and therefore will incur a £7.99 delivery charge for orders under £69 and £5.99 for orders above £69. Orders must be placed before 3pm otherwise your order will be fulfilled and dispatched the next working day.

Frozen products will be delivered the next working day and you must be available to accept the goods within those times. If you are unable to accept the goods and the goods are returned to our warehouse, due to the perishable nature of these products we are unable to provide a refund.

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase from Pets & Friends, you can return it to us within 28 days of placing your order. Please let us know you wish to cancel your order within 14 days. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

All goods must be returned unused, as new, in a saleable condition with the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item has not been returned to us in a saleable condition.
